| B) International fishing Agencies: This department is specialized in building a business relation with the vessel owner companies, this department is build mainly to facilitate the work for the interested companies to fish in the Yemen Area's. This department obtains the fishing license to fish in one or both of the (Red Sea, Arab Sea, and Aden Gulf) those area's are rich of many kind of fish and crustacean. How the interested companies can obtain the licenses through our department (See the attached technical procedures) Technical procedure to obtain fishing license: The Republic of Yemen's law of fishing in the (Red Sea, Arab Sea & Aden Gulf) is as Following: 1) You should specify the quantity and types of fish and crustacean to be Fished a year (Squids, Shrimps. etc). 2) The boundary is 3 sea miles from the nearest water draw of the Yemen Republic shore. 3) How many fishing vessels you will bring to fish. 4) Fee for the fishing license should be paid as goods or cash according to the wish of the Yemen Ministry. Fees are determined as follows: I) 20 % from the total fishing of "Different fish kind" II) 30 % from the total fishing of "Squids ,Shrimps" 5) A bank guarantee will be asked for each fishing vessel for one year from the date of signing the agreement, the amount depends on the capacity of the boat and it will not exceed $20.000 US. 6) There will be some small amounts to be paid for the local work and processing fees. If you are serious, we are ready to facilitate your work and correspond with the concern ministry, to start we require the following: 1) An agent Agreement between your company and ours states that we are your representatives in the Republic of Yemen. From that point we can start to get you the necessary permission and fishing license. We will also be able to specify our commission in the agreement, As this work-required payment to the local staff and also the decision-makers.
